Fitness Center Hours
Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday No Staff on Duty
It is recommended members use the facility during operating hours, when staff will be on duty. Other activity is at your own risk.

 

Members are required to sign up for a membership if they wish to utilize the facilities or on an occasional basis (6 times or less within a year) at no charge.

Fitness Memberships 

Include the use of a day locker, steam room, hot room, showers, towels, amenities, unlimited access to all group exercise classes, fitness center, and squash courts.

Executive Fitness Memberships

Include all the advantages of the fitness center membership with an added upgrade of the use of an assigned locker, daily laundry services for exercise clothing.

Guests of members may use the Health and Fitness Center facilities on an occasional basis.  Each guest will also be asked to sign in at the Fitness Center desk every time he/she uses the facilities during supervised hours and at the Front Desk during non-supervised hours.  The guest fee is $10.00 per visit.  Overnight guests can use the Health and Fintess Center facilities free of charge.

PILATES REFORMERS

The reformer offers a non-impact, easy on the joints full body workout.This additional equipment for our Pilates studio will allow us to offer Group Reformer Classes rather than just one-on-one. The addition of group classes will offer you a supplemental option to private training all at a group price.

Have yet to experience the Reformer?  You’ll become a fan of the  great-added benefits of improved joint movement and function, restored alignment and posture, and improved ease of movement so you can move better in all aspects of your daily life. With the added bonus of a piece of equipment called a “cardio tramp” your reformer session or class can become aerobic in nature.

The Minneapolis Club’s Health and Fitness Center offers a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment and weight training equipment designed to meet all of your health and fitness needs.  Cardiovascular equipment includes ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, rower and stair climbers.  Resistance equipment includes a full line of selectorized equipment, free weights, medicine balls and a variety of other pieces of equipment. The Health and Fitness Center offers one-on-one professional training and fitness assessments.  Classes and programs are offered in the am and pm hours including: Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, cardio cross training, kid fitness programs, mat Pilates, group cycling and squash. Following a great workout enjoy the steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms and take advantage of the towels and shower amenities that are available for your convenience. Members can also benefit from working with our registered dietitian or one of our massage therapists.
