The Aquatic Center includes an indoor pool, hot tub, men’s and women’s locker rooms. One-on-one and group fitness classes are available, in addition to swim lessons for members of all ages.

Aquatic Rehab
Eliminates the force of gravity and leverages the benefits of the water to improve range of motion, balance and coordination. Aquatic rehab is well suited for those seeking:

- Sports-related injury rehab, including regaining strength in specific muscle groups and increasing flexibility

Aquatic Personal Training
Offers customized, goal-based exercise in the comfort of the water. With the use of resistance equipment or simply the density of water, create a healthier you in a relaxing environment. Aquatic personal training is well suited for those seeking:

- Gentle resistance training
- Low-impact, low-weight bearing exercise

Aquatic Bodywork
Can free your mind and body. Relax as your body is floated and fully supported in the water. The resistance of the water, combined with proper movement, is used to reduce tension or trauma and provide a sense of calming. You'll experience fluid movement, gentle stretching and massage that opens your body's energy pathways and restores your body's natural self-curing abilities. Aquatic Bodywork is well suited for those seeking:
- Pain management
- Realignment of muscle holding patterns
- Increased joint range of motion
- A complement to table or chair-based massage therapy
