Our team of professional trainers are dedicated to helping you succeed in all of your athletics & wellness goals. Professional training programs are designed on an individual basis to meet your needs in areas of sport-specific training, functional strength training, range of motion activities, rehabilitation, and weight loss goals.

The Athletics & Wellness Center features a wide variety of Matrix,  Rouge, Stotts Pilates Reformers, Free weights, and more. Unlimited group fitness classes include Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Prana Stretch, Indoor Cycle, and much more.

The Athletics & Wellness Center is accessible for Minneapolis Club members 5 am - 10 pm daily.
